Jessica has extensive experience working with children/adolescents, adults, multiculturally diverse individuals, groups, and families. She is fluent in Spanish and utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Client-Centered Therapy, as well as a holistic approach when working with clients. She has experience working in community mental health agencies across LA County contracted by the Department of Mental Health (DMH). Jessica’s goal is to empower and facilitate growth by working collaboratively with her clients.
