Anna Barnett has experience working with culturally diverse individuals, couples, and families of all ages. She has worked in community mental health agencies helping clients to cope with and heal from such issues as chronic mental illness, homelessness, substance abuse, and trauma. She has also worked extensively with clients with cancer and their support systems. Her clinical experiences include: Pacific Clinics, Exodus Recovery, Inc., and Cancer Support Community Los Angeles. Anna is also a certified yoga and Acro Yoga teacher. She has helped individuals build awareness, resilience, strength, and a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit through yoga. She has experience helping couples develop communication skills and trust through Acro Yoga. Anna incorporates elements of meditation, mindfulness, and yoga into her clinical work.
