Claudia is a bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist, whom believes the importance of working together in the journey of the client so the client feels supported, acknowledged, validated, and healed.
Claudia supports and empowers the well-being of all individuals through compassion and collaboration. Her goal is not only to help her client’s in the moment, but to also help increase her client’s self-awareness while working together throughout their journey of healing and growth. She aims to provide client’s with skills that can be utilized in the long-run to improve their quality of life and their ability to achieve their own personal mental health goals.
