Ms. Severance has extensive experience working with children of all ages work through trauma, family issues, behavioral issues and mood disorders, as well as with adults managing the foster care system and personal/family addiction issues. Her clinical experiences include: Glendale Adventist Drug and Alcohol Services, Phoenix House Recovery, Almansor Children and Family Services, the LA County Department of Children and Family Services, and private residential treatment programs for both adults and children. Ms. Severance has been actively practicing therapy for seven years in the Los Angeles area and focuses her therapeutic efforts on building relationships with her clients in order to provide a trusting environment for change and progress to take place.
