Ms. Le has experience working with the underserved community and individuals from various backgrounds. She has worked with many individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety and mood disorders, acute crisis situations as well as conducting group therapy dealing with substance abuse, depression, and grief & loss. Her clinical experience includes The Veterans Affairs of Long Beach, Asian Pacific Clinics, and New Hope Grief Support Community. In addition, Ms. Le has many years of previous nursing experience working in mental health with the geriatric, developmentally delayed, adolescent, LBGTQ, substance abuse, jail, and homeless population. She is currently participating in research with identifying risk factors among aggressive patients at LAC USC to decrease incidents of assault against hospital staff and is a member of the magnet hospital board committee.
