About Me

Radu Baila is a trained Medical Doctor and Board Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician. Radu Baila is an International Board of Lifestyle Medicine Diplomat. Radu Baila also has a degree in Masters of Healthcare Administration.

Education and Background:

• M.D. – Graduate of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Iuliu Hateganu, Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
• International Board o Lifestyle Medicine Diplomat.
• MHA – Master of Healthcare Administration, Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, LA.
• Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates Certificate.

Work Experience:

• Promoting and offering Lifestyle Medicine treatment and education as the first option of treating chronic diseases instead of other options using expensive and increasing quantities of pills and procedures.
• Managed Non-Profit businesses for more than 15 years.
• Consulting for several Non-Profit businesses.

 

I began my medical career in Romania in 1984 as a family practitioner. I immigrated to the U.S. in 1993 and worked in managing and consulting for several Non-Profit businesses for more than 15 years. As a Lifestyle Medicine Physician, I worked with a diverse population and helped them reverse chronic illnesses by using education and evidence-based approaches conducive to finding freedom from medication and improving quality of life.  

I am very passionate about changing and improving the current health care system and offering people more options that can help them improve their health. 

Goals:

• Improving people’s quality of life and reversing chronic diseases by using evidence-based approaches that do not use medication.
• Supporting people in finding their individualized and personalized health care approach based on their particular needs.
• Assisting people in finding freedom and independence from their chronic ailments by identifying their strengths and developing new healthy coping skills.
