Tatiana is a holistic psychotherapist with extensive experience working with multiculturally diverse populations. Her approach is integrative and creative with an emphasis on client empowerment and collaboration. She uses evidence-based holistic methods such as breathwork, meditation, physical movement, artistic expression, and in-depth psychoeducation to help clients understand how the body, mind, and spirit are connected. Tatiana has a deep appreciation for every individual’s uniqueness and strives to cater treatment to best suit the needs of the client(s). Her experience includes working for the South Bay Center for Counseling where she gained extensive experience providing individual, couples, and group therapy.
