Alessa specializes in providing psychotherapy to diverse individuals, adults, and children. She has extensive experience working with the Latino/a community and women. She focuses on creating a safe, judgment-free space where clients can share their stories from their own perspectives and explore who they want to become. She encourages clients to come as they areand offers a supportive space to navigate life’s challenges together. Her clinical experience includes: Alba Wellness Group and Resilience OC. She is fluent in Spanish and has provided community-based mental health workshops and services to support Latino/a communities throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
