Life can become overwhelming when anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or major life transitions begin affecting your ability to feel like yourself. Reaching out for support is often one of the hardest steps, and my goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
I am a Master’s-level social worker with over 10 years of experience helping adolescents, adults, and families navigate mental health, substance use, trauma, and life’s most challenging transitions. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, specializing in Mental Health with additional training in Military Social Work and Veteran Services.
My professional experience spans community mental health, school-based services, substance use treatment, and medical and behavioral health settings. Throughout my career, I have provided comprehensive assessments, individual treatment planning, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and case management for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, relationship challenges, grief, and significant life stressors. I have also worked with individuals facing housing instability, complex trauma, and other psychosocial challenges, helping them build stability, resilience, and meaningful progress toward recovery.
I believe therapy should be collaborative, individualized, and practical. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work alongside each client to understand their unique experiences, identify personal strengths, and develop meaningful strategies for lasting change. My therapeutic style is compassionate, authentic, and nonjudgmental, drawing from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, strengths-based interventions, trauma-informed care, solution-focused therapy, and person-centered therapy.
Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, substance use, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can provide the support and tools needed to move forward. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences, gaining insight, and building lasting skills to improve their overall well-being and quality of life.
