Nicole earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles and completed her clinical training at Antioch Community Therapy Services, where she provided individual psychotherapy to clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
Nicole recognizes that every person’s story is unique. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she collaborates with each client to understand not only the symptoms they are experiencing, but also the deeper patterns, life experiences, and underlying factors that contribute to their struggles. While helping clients create meaningful change in the present, she also believes lasting healing comes from addressing the root causes of distress. By integrating insight-oriented exploration with practical, evidence-based strategies, Nicole helps clients build resilience, develop healthier coping skills, and create sustainable change. She is passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate identity development, relationships, self-worth, emotional challenges, and life transitions with greater confidence and authenticity.
Nicole strives to create a space where clients feel safe to be themselves, strengthen their emotional well-being, and discover their capacity for growth and healing.
