About Me
Annette brings over 20 years of experience in mental health and substance abuse, with a strong background in working with diverse populations and tackling a range of issues from Self-harming, eating disorder, relationship struggles to childhood trauma. Currently pursuing Business Administration at DeVry University. She has advanced from a floor counselor to leadership roles like Facility Manager, Program Director, and Director of Operations. Annette’s community involvement includes educating parents on adolescent mental health awareness in school settings and worked as a volunteer in Skid Row with homeless adolescents. In her downtime, she cherishes moments with family, plays competitive softball, reads, and enjoys the company of her English Bulldog. Family is very important to her.
Goals
Help families understand that no one is ever too far to get the healing they are needing. Provide resources to families/Individuals. Guide families/Individuals to get the help they need in order to get to where they’ve always wanted to be mentally and physically. Obtain Masters of Social Work to become a family therapist.
