About Me

Jennifer has extensive experience supporting multiculturally diverse adolescents and adults across a variety of clinical settings. Her background includes work in school-based mental health at Redondo Union High School’s Wellness Center, college counseling at Concordia University, and treatment settings such as Blume Behavioral Health and Clearview Treatment Center. She integrates both psychoanalytic and DBT approaches into her work, bringing a warm, collaborative, and client-centered style to therapy. She is dedicated to helping individuals feel understood, supported, and empowered in their healing.
