His work blends evidence-based interventions with holistic practices, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Grounded in mindful compassion and authenticity, David helps clients deepen self-awareness, strengthen the mind–body connection, and apply practical tools for growth and resilience. David works with both individuals and couples, offering support for concerns including anxiety, relationship coaching, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and spiritual exploration.
