About Me

Julie is an associate marriage and family therapist who works with clients through a trauma and resiliency focused framework. Julie believes that the best predictor of successful therapy is the strength of the relationship between client and therapist. Julie’s past clinical experience ranges from working in psychiatric facilities to supporting those struggling with the legacies of intimate partner violence and human trafficking to working with adolescents in the foster system. Julie has spent the last three years focusing on supporting adults struggling with chronic mental illness and addiction. In that time, Julie has honed her abilities to meet clients where they are, support them in building their own vocabularies around their experiences, and guiding them through deeper work as a means to meet their full potential.
