About Me

Jasmine has received valuable clinical training in both community mental health centers and private practice settings. She has worked with children, teens, adults, and older adults navigating a range of emotional and relational challenges. Her experience includes supporting clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-worth, imposter syndrome, family conflict, discrimination, medical illness, intimate partner violence, divorce, and high academic or professional pressure. Jasmine draws from a blend of family systems, cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based approaches. She emphasizes helping clients gain insight into family and relational patterns, strengthen support systems, challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, and build internal resources for healing and growth. Jasmine earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and her Master’s in Marital and Family Therapy, with honors, from Alliant International University—California School of Professional Psychology in Los Angeles. Outside of the therapy room, Jasmine enjoys spending time with her family and pets, being in nature, and discovering new spots around the city. A lifelong learner, she continues to expand her clinical knowledge through research, supervision, and attending trainings, workshops, and conferences.
