About Me

With a compassionate and client-centered approach, Michael integrates a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), Internal family systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and kink-affirming care, to support individuals in navigating life's challenges and building resilience. Growing up Queer in a multicultural home, Michael has a unique understanding of the complexities that come with navigating multiple cultural identities and being authentic in a world that demands conformity. Throughout his career, Michael has worked closely with diverse populations, with a particular focus on providing care for QTBIPOC individuals.
