Anna specializes in providing integrative psychotherapy services to adults focusing on
developing healthy coping skills, resilience, self-awareness, and a sense of well-being and
meaning in their lives. Employing evidence-based techniques, including psychodynamic,
internal family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, somatic and existential
modalities, she has worked to address diverse challenges such as life transitions, sexual
dysfunction, anxiety and depression, and trauma.
Her clinical experience includes working adults in an outpatient setting at Progeny Psychiatric Clinic in Irvine, practicing a variety of modalities depending on the need of the client including trauma informed mindfulness, CBT, IFS, to address the multifaceted needs of the individual client.
