INTRODUCTION TO INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM
When life’s daily stressors and challenges keep piling up, it can be hard to find the way forward. Maybe it’s stress at work…unresolved trauma…or untreated depression that creates a crushing burden that’s become too heavy to carry each day.
The truth is, ongoing PTSD symptoms and lingering depression and anxiety make it hard to function and live your life.. It might even seem like things are getting worse over time by interfering with your work, school, and relationships. You know that treatment is required when it reaches this point, so you reach out for support, but what’s next?
Therapy…Medications…Hospitalization?
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) are designed to provide a higher level of care than traditional outpatient therapy while still allowing you to manage your daily life. The goal is to equip you with the tools and support necessary to overcome substance use disorder and embrace a healthier, happier future.
Over 70% of IOP participants experience favorable outcomes, surpassing some inpatient treatment options. Despite being an outpatient program, its success is attributed to its intensive nature. When you fully participate in the program, the potential for positive results increases significantly.
— A GUIDED PATH TO RECOVERY
WHAT IS IOP FOR MENTAL HEALTH DISORDERS?
The goal of our IOP is not only to stabilize symptoms and prevent hospitalization so you can move forward in health, happiness, and success in life, but to heal your PTSD and trauma completely (or significantly reduce the symptoms) so you can emerge as a better version of you.
- Develop healthier coping strategies
- Experience rapid relief
- Breathe without fear of intense flashbacks
- Overcome recurring nightmares and exhausting anxiety
- Stop feeling so ‘on edge’
- Regain energy and mental clarity
- Improve your relationships
- Experience a renewed sense of life
Therapy and medications might work for a while, but you often lose sight of the path forward. You know that you have support, but you can’t seem to find true healing. Each day you wake up looking for safety, a new sense of self-identity, and a healthier lifestyle, but the debilitating symptoms crush all hope. Maybe you are wondering if hospitalization is the only option left.
We understand this vicious cycle, and we’re here to help.

— OUR APPROACH: COMBINING COMPASSION AND CLINICAL EXPERTISE
COMPONENTS OF INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM
With a focus on combining compassion and clinical expertise, our program encompasses a range of components that work harmoniously to support healing and transformation. Ketamine therapy has shown potential benefits for a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic pain. Here are some of the key benefits that have been reported:
Ketamine can work much faster than traditional antidepressants, which can take several weeks to start working. In some cases, patients may experience significant relief within hours or days of their first ketamine infusion.
Ketamine has been shown to improve mood and reduce feelings of hopelessness and helplessness, which are common symptoms of depression. It can also increase motivation and energy levels.
Ketamine has been found to reduce suicidal ideation in patients with depression and other mental health conditions. This is a critical benefit, as suicidal thoughts can be life-threatening.
Although the effects of a single ketamine infusion or injection may only last a few days to a few weeks, multiple infusions, injections can have longer-lasting results. Some patients report continued relief for several months after completing a series of infusions.
Ketamine has been shown to reduce anxiety in patients with a variety of anxiety disorders, including social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and PTSD.
Improved pain management: Ketamine has been used to manage chronic pain, including neuropathic pain and pain associated with conditions like fibromyalgia. It can also help reduce the need for opioid medications, which can be highly addictive.
It’s important to note that ketamine therapy is not appropriate for everyone and should only be used under the guidance of a qualified healthcare provider. It’s also important to weigh the potential benefits against the potential risks and side effects of the treatment.
