Lindsay is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker registered with California’s Board of Behavioral Sciences. She earned her Master of Social work degree through Rutgers University in the state of New Jersey, with an emphasis in intimate partner violence/domestic violence. Lindsay has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families struggling with mental health difficulties in a variety of therapeutic settings and levels of care.

 

Lindsay has worked in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, outpatient, and community based care. Many of her clients have experienced adversity, and Lindsay believes in empowering each individual to reach their fullest potential, utilizing a variety of modalities based on their unique needs.

 

Lindsay takes an empathetic and compassionate approach to help each person discover their own strengths to drive their journey. She draws primarily from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, which are individually tailored to each person in order to create real, tangible, actionable items that can be used to help achieve a fulfilling, meaningful life.
