About Me

Nelli specializes in providing psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on creating a safe, authentic therapeutic space where clients can explore their emotions, relationships, and life experiences with empathy and support. She helps individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, life transitions, and more. Her approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, integrating emotionally focused and psychodynamic therapies with evidence-based modalities like EMDR, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and somatic techniques. Nelli is fluent in Russian and Armenian and is deeply committed to providing culturally responsive care that honors each client’s unique background and identity.
