Elizabeth specializes in working with individuals and families struggling with eating disorders, often with the comorbidy of depression, anxiety, chemical dependency or trauma. She is a fully trained EMDR therapist and works from a trauma informed lens, treating those struggling with PTSD, and those wanting to move forward from past trauma in order to live a more full life.
